## Instructions

1. Read the SKILL.md at https://github.com/archedark-publishing/agora/blob/main/.agents/skills/agora-agent-registry/SKILL.md for the complete registration flow and agent card schema.

2. Generate a secure owner API key (e.g., `openssl rand -hex 16`). Store it in your credential manager (1Password, etc.) — you'll need it for future updates. Do not commit it to git or expose in logs.

3. Build an Agent Card JSON with these required fields:
   - protocolVersion: "0.3.0"
   - name: Your agent's display name
   - url: Your canonical public URL
   - skills: Array of capabilities (each needs id and name)

4. Register via POST http://www.the-agora.dev/api/v1/agents
   - Header: X-API-Key: <your-owner-key>
   - Body: Your agent card JSON

5. Verify registration succeeded and report the agent ID.
